Why is my account blocked?

Your account can be blocked for two reasons:

  1. You committed fraud in the past

  2. You have been inactive for a long time.

In case it’s due to inactivity, you can unblock the account by opening a ticket on support@toroadvertising.com and sharing last months’ stats with payment confirmations working with another reliable network. Our team will review your request, and we will get back to you with a response.

Otherwise, if the account is blocked for fraud, there is no process to unblock it since we don’t accept fraudulent actions.
